Firstly many apologies that once again it has been sometime since I added a new post and photo. Also apologies that I have not been on cam quite so much recently. As some of you will know I have been a chat host for several years, but with increasing numbers of chat hosts online it's not so easy to work sufficient hours to make enough income to support yourself. I have therefore been looking to the future to try and decide where I want to go in my life, in terms of future work and living in general. In my own country there are so not so many opportunities, so I start to think I may need to look elsewhere in the world. Dish Of The Day - Edy's Chicken Rissoto

Hey Guys,

As you may know to keep in shape you need to combine exercise and a healthy diet, but I must admit I do get bored with being careful with my food. So from time to time I try and create something new myself. I thought some of you may like to try my latest "Dish Of The Day" - Edy's Chicken Rissoto. First you put 50 grams of Brown Rice on to boil, whilst you fry 200 grams of chopped chicken breast in a non-stick pan, just using a small amount of water. Then you mix the chicken and rice together along with a naughty but nice large tablespoon of Crunchy Peanut Butter, which gives the dish some great added flavour. Try it and let me know what you think...

Regaining My Fitness

Back From My Trip

Hey Guys,

I had a few days away as I needed a break, I had a great time apart from the trip back home. One of the drawbacks of using cheap budget airlines is the risk of cancelled flights. There was some bad weather and my original flight home was cancelled. I ended up having to stay in a hotel for an extra night and then make my own way home, buy another flight. It all turned into a bit of a nightmare and much more costly than I imagined. Anyway now I'm back be sure to come and visit me to have some fun...
